Joey was a critical contributor around an overhauling of our onboarding. He did a detailed documentation of our current onboarding flow, ran a competitive analysis of other onboarding flows, listened to the pain points and created sequencing to ensure all potential onboarding scenarios were considered.

Joey truly focused on keeping prospective customers in the journey, reducing the number of steps and ensuring we were hitting on the “AHA” moments that would make the biggest impact in terms of trial to paid conversion.
