He was phenomenal at creating end-to-end UX strategy by leveraging usability testing, auditing behavioral trends, creating super clean UX/UI flows and layouts, competitor research, eye-opening user survey round-ups, analyzing data, and working cross-functionally with support/success teams, all in an effort to influence top-line revenue.
